Refund is possible
  • Within 14 days of the first payment
  • If the service was not provided due to a technical error
  • If you have not used any applications
Refund is not possible
  • After 14 days from the date of payment
  • If applications have already been submitted
  • If the terms of use have been violated

1. General terms

This Refund Policy describes the conditions under which a Client may receive a refund for services provided by the Jobee platform.

2. Refund conditions

A full refund is possible if:

  • The request is submitted within 14 calendar days of the first payment;
  • No job application has been submitted on your behalf;
  • The service was not provided due to a technical fault on the Contractor's side.

A partial refund is possible if:

  • A technical fault prevented use of part of the services;
  • You cancelled your subscription before the end of the paid period.

3. When a refund is not possible

  • More than 14 days have passed since payment;
  • Services were actually provided (applications submitted);
  • The account was blocked for violating the terms of use.

4. How to submit a refund request

  1. Send an email to support@jobee.tech with the subject 'Refund request';
  2. Include your account email and payment date;
  3. Describe the reason for the refund;
  4. We will review the request within 3 business days.

5. Refund timeline

Funds are returned to the bank card within 5–10 business days (depending on the issuing bank).
