This Privacy Policy describes how the Jobee platform ('we', 'us') collects, uses and protects the personal data of users ('you', 'Client').

Data you provide to us:

• Full name;
• Email address;
• Resume data (experience, education, skills);
• Job-site logins and passwords (encrypted);
• Job preferences (positions, locations, salary).

Data collected automatically:

• IP address and browser type;
• Login date and time;
• Platform usage data (to improve the service).

• To provide automated job-search services;
• To personalise job recommendations;
• To contact you about application status and service updates;
• To improve platform quality based on aggregated analytics;
• To fulfil legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

All data is stored on secure servers. Job-site passwords are encrypted with AES-256 and are never transmitted in plain text.

Data is retained for the duration of your account and 30 days after deletion, after which it is permanently erased.

We may share your data only in the following cases:

• Payment processors (Monobank) — solely for payment processing;
• Job sites — to submit applications on your behalf;
• Government authorities — as required by law.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, port and object to the processing of your personal data.
