Public Offer Agreement

This document is a public offer addressed to any individual (hereinafter — 'Client') who wishes to use the services of the Jobee platform.

Acceptance of this offer constitutes registration on the platform or payment of any subscription plan.

The Contractor undertakes to provide automated job-search services, including:

• AI-powered analysis of the Client's resume and profile;
• Search for relevant vacancies on partner platforms;
• Automatic submission of applications on behalf of the Client;
• Access to a personal dashboard to track application status;
• Personal manager support (for applicable subscription plans).

Service pricing is determined by the selected subscription plan. Payment is processed via Monobank (acquiring). The Contractor does not store the Client's card details.

The Contractor undertakes to:

• Provide services in accordance with the selected subscription plan;
• Ensure the confidentiality of the Client's personal data;
• Provide technical support during business hours.

The Client undertakes to:

• Provide accurate information upon registration;
• Not share access to the personal dashboard with third parties;
• Pay for selected services in a timely manner.

The Contractor is not liable for job-search outcomes, as hiring decisions are made solely by employers. The Contractor's maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the current billing period.

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

The Client may terminate the agreement at any time by deleting their account. Refund conditions are governed by the Refund Policy.

All disputes shall be resolved through negotiation. If no agreement can be reached — through the courts in accordance with the laws of Ukraine.
